Joined club in 1981 as playing member.
1st game was for Sunday 2nds v Tillotsons. Scored 50 n.o.
Scored over 1000 runs 3 times for the club. Once with an average of over 50.
Bowled dibbly dobblies - but took over 30 1st XL wickets in one season.
Pleased to take 5 for and get 50 in league game on main square.
Scored 3 centuries in 6 days in 1984.
Once asked by skipper to get out for slow scoring!! went on to get 122 n.o.
Have been youth coach since 1983.
Youth teams have won over 30 county cups since 1989.
Led the U15 side to 3 national finals days. Teams were 4th in 1993 & 1994 and 3rd place in 2006.
