MILDENHALL CRICKET CLUB Lost Mildenhall lost by 10 runs

Match report Mildenhall 2nd X1 Sunday side had their return fixture with Risby and they found themselves in role reversal to the 1st x1 having won the previous week they lost the away fixture by 10 runs. Risby batted first on a rain affected wicket that made shot selection difficult. Mildenhalls young attack reduced Risby to 75 for 8. Mildenhall then lost the advantage as Chamal and Jackett made full use of some loose deliveries and added 60 runs. Martin Coverdale was the best performer for Mildenhall taking 3 for 40.

Mildenhall found batting no easier and despite fighting innings from both Peter Webb (34) and Jordan Francis (24) they were only able to score 124 for 9 in their 40 overs. Frost for Risby took 4 for 42.
