Last nights A.G.M.

05 Dec 2015

Last nights A.G.M. endorsed the changes of officials that took place towards the end of the season. Kayleigh Francis was confirmed as Bar Manager and Steve Hunt and Graeme Jones will manage the Youth Academy. Kayleigh and Steve will become committee members to replace Craig Warren and Jordan Francis, who have retired.

Martin Taylor gave his final Secretary's report, offering once again his sketch on the years events at Mildenhall. He concluded with his top three reflections from yester years. Steve Bone accepted the nomination to replace Martin and we wish him well in his role of Club Secretary. Martin confirmed he would continue to serve on the MildenHALL OF FAME sub committee.

Kevin Boardman then reflected on his 30 years youth coaching and then gave a summary of last season's youth successes. Kevin will continue to support the Youth Academy under Steve and Graeme and said he would happily be around to help any one with coaching issues.

Lou Handy spoke positively about the progress of the Ladies Team and considered that they would be a more powerful side in 2016.

Mark Thurston  took the meeting through the Club's end of year accounts and confirmed that the club had made a very small profit over the year. He said that money would be available to continue small improvements both to the ground and pavilion.

The length of the" recording of  thanks" by the Chairman indicated how much voluntary support the club is able to call on.

Membership fees and match fees were approved in line with the retiring committee's recommendations.
