It is with sadness that I learn of the passing of Geoff Newman , President of the Two Counties League.

Geoff had a long association with the Two Counties and continued to grow senior cricket in East Anglia

long after retiring from the game. Many players have had their careers in cricket extended thanks to his

work in finding fixtures for senior sides and he will be very much missed.
