Starters

v  Pea and Mint Soup

v  Free range black pudding Scotch egg served with dressed leaves and homemade ketchup.

v  Salmon and prawn stack mixed with cream cheese on rye bread with dressed leaves and oil. 

Mains
v  Braised neck of lamb served with a potato cake, glazed silverskin onions, seasonal vegetable and lamb sauce.

v  Baked Cod served with buttered baby potatoes seasonal vegetables and a salsa verde.

v  Put lentil cottage pie topped with a pea, mint Gruyere cheese mash. Served with buttered seasonal vegetables

v  Hazelnut chocolate Roulade
