More MCC Miscellany (or a re-hash of prior messages?)
22 Jan 2015
The New Year has begun and cricket related activities seem to have clicked into gear pretty quickly (do they ever really stop?).
Players Meeting: There is a players meeting at MCC pavilion tomorrow (Friday 23 January), you should have received an invite, please come down to MCC from 7.30 onwards.
Pre-Season Fund Raising Meal: This is on Saturday 7 March. Tickets are available from Kev (boarders@boarders1.co.uk). Menu's will be available soon and requests for donations will be forthcoming once the menu is known. This also includes the next inductions into the MildenHall Of Fame so please come along and support this event.
Bats: Lee has 2 V100 bats for sale also he is taking a bat back to Robert Pack to have it re-faced, if anyone is interested in the V100's or wants to get their bat cleaned up and ready for the season please contact Lee on lee.chipchase@yahoo.co.uk.
Strength & Conditioning: Numbers are increasing - despite the recent inclement weather - and as a club we want to keep that upward trend going, so please come along on Saturday morning from 9-10, it is every Saturday come rain, snow or shine.
The shortest day has passed so it cannot be long until the season starts, it would be great to have as many of us hitting the ground running as possible.
Cheers
Lou
