Hunts County Bats Annual Dinner

As previously announced this will be held on Friday 27 February at Bury Rugby Club.  Following on the theme of the last two years they have another broadcaster as speaker, David Fulton now of Sky Sports and previously captain of Kent.

See the menu below . The ticket  order dateline is tight so if you require tickets contact Mark Thurston by Monday 16th February, but as last year numbers will be restricted and allocated on a first come first served basis

Starters

Classic salmon and prawn salad

Chicken and leek terrine

Tomato and basil soup (v)

All served with fresh bread or toast

Main Course

Chicken breast in white wine, cream and mushroom sauce with green beans, seasonal vegetables and new potatoes

Roast beef with goose fat roasts, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables

Filo strudel stuffed with two cheeses, mushrooms and leeks, with new potatoes and port wine sauce (v)

Desserts

Lemon cheesecake with raspberry coulis

Chocolate tart with crème fraiche

Mango and passion fruit roulade

Coffee
