Hi All

I think that Tommy & Matt Heywood attended all 4 of last Saturday's MCC-related sessions and at least another half dozen attended 3 of the 4 so great to see that level of commitment in February.  Anyway the opportunity has arisen for another MCC fest this Saturday:

0900-1000: Strength & Conditioning @ MCC, Come and play with all the new toys we have to help us to get fit for the coming season
1015-1230: Youth Coaching @ the Dome
1530-1730: Senior Coaching @ Culford.  Please note the later start time than for the last 3 weeks
1900 onwards: MCC Pre-Season Meal (including MildenHall Of Fame) @ MCC for those with tickets

As always, would be great to see as many of you as possible!
