Notification & Invitation to Annual General Meeting

This letter is to officially notify and invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting 2015, to be held at Mildenhall Cricket Club

The meeting will be held at the club on Friday 4^th December 2015 starting promptly at 19.30hrs

I have enclosed the AGM Agenda for your attention

You will note that during the evening an ‘Election of Officers’ takes place. If you are interested in joining the committee(we have 3 retiring committee members) or other function within the club, I would warmly invite you to speak to Chairman Lou Handy or Vice Chairman Nick Allen, both of whom look forward to hearing from you
