Mildenhall travelled to Elmstead on Saturday to play a match in Division One of the Two Counties League. There was no problem with the nights pulling in as the match was completed in just 36 overs.
Elmstead batted first and were torn apart by Lucky Phangabantu with 7 for 30 off 11 overs and James Holmes wading in with 3 for 24 in 10overs. The home side managed to score only 63. Foster (No9) and Burle (No 10) topped scored with 14 each.
Mildenhall lost 5wickets in securing victory in the 14th over. Steve Lankester top scored with 33 and opener Alex Reynolds made 18. Mildenhall have finished the season strongly recording 9 wins from 11 matches and complete their campaign next week at home to Woodbridge.
