Renu VanOvermeire took 3 for 31 for Mildenhall and Peter Webb picked up 3 for 38. Mildenhall made a good start with Paul Thurston and Tony Cornell adding 94 before Cornell was caught and bowled by Bland for 25. Thurston went on to make a season best of 63* and he was joined by James Taylor (26*) as the pair added a half century partnership that saw Mildenhall complete a 9 wicket victory.
