Mildenhall batted first and scored 253 for 8. Ziaf Kulasi topped scored with 63, he had good support from Chris Baugh (31) and Andy Squire (23). Jimmy Watson (37) kept the runs flowing with 37 and then Steve Lankester (52) waded in with a half century batting down at 7. For Woolpit A.Northcote took 4 for 72.

Woopit made a great start with a 78 run partnership by Northcote and Rutterford (32). Crame joined Northcote and the pair took the score to 149 for 1. Mildenhall bowler Ben Shepperson then turned the tide in favour of the home side when he dismissed both Northcote (69) and Crame (50). He then cast a shadow over the remainder of the Woolpit side grabbing a further 6 wicket. This resulted in Woopit folding to 214 all out and Shepperson finishing with an impressive 8 for 53.
