Mildenhall 2nd team hosted Yoxford who won the toss and asked Mildenhall to bat. A decision they would soon regret.
Opening batsmen Luke Turner & Steven Grinling enjoyed the perfect batting conditions putting on a large first wicket partnership before Turner felt to a fine one handed catch for 88. Captain Andy Squire joined Grinling and kept the run rate up, Grinling passed 100 before eventually being dismissed for 125. There was however no let up from Mildenhall who kept firing. Squire scored 48 and Jason Moore a quick
33 not out.

In reply Yoxford too had a significant first wicket partnership of over 100. It was Steven Ready who finally broke the partnership and dismissed the top 3 batsmen in figures of 3-44 from 8 overs. Jason Moore bowled a tight spell & Rhys Desborough returned to pick up 3-47 off 12 overs. Although Mildenhall's fielders put down many chances Yoxford finished 125 runs short on 193 for 9.
