Mildenhalls 4th X1 had a setback to any title hopes when they lost away at Tendering. Having got Tendering reduced to 85 for 5 they then dropped a crucial catch to let off Starling who went on to make 71. Tendering clawed their way back to finish on a respectable 230 all out.
Seasoned Batsmen Paul Thurston (48) and Neal Clark (49) had a 128 run partnership, but it was not enough as the run chase ran out of steam leaving Mildenhall 45 runs short when the overs ran out.
