On Sunday Mildenhall hosted last years champions Ampton & Culford and after winning the toss Mildenhall elected to field. Ampton made 174-6 from their 40 overs. Craig Estlea top scoring with 57 before being superbly caught by Chris Baugh. Pick of the bowlers were Steven Ready

Steven Grinling led Mildenhall's reply with and aggressive 34. However when he was dismissed with the score at 64-3 the game was in the balance. A partnership of 79 between Chris Baugh (47) and Ben Shepperson (41) pushed the home side towards victory and despite a mini-collapse Mildenhall won by 3 wickets with 4 overs to spare
