Perrin was ably assisted by R.Lawson (43). This allowed Gt Bromley close on 230 for 4. What little bowling success Mildenhall had was evident in that Steve Hunt was the pick of the bowler with 2 for 51.

Mildenhalls reply began steadily with Mick Saunders making 26 and James Taylor 27. However it was some long handle batting from Jon Giffin (74) and Steve Hunt (51) that set up an opportunity for another successful run chase. Mildenhall completed the job with Lee Chipchase (14*) and Andy Francis (2*) easing the visitor’s home by 5 wickets.
