Match report Mildenhalls frustration with Saturdays rain was somewhat eased away as Joe Reed (100) and Lennox Lwana (91) vented their disappointment with some big hitting on Sunday in a 191 opening partnership against Ampton and Culford. In a match reduced to 32 overs per side Mildenhall amassed 306 of which over 100 came in 6’s. Besides the openers, Shepperson, Baird, Holmes, Kearney and Aabech-Smith all put 6’s against their names.

In Ampton and Culfords reply Estlea made 68 and there were half centuries from Lumley and Rutterford. The home side were unable to match the voracity of the Mildenhall batting and they closed on 214 for3 and 89 run short of victory.
