Match report The Mildenhall Sunday 2nd X1 continue to "sparkle". Another good performance with the bat saw them set Great Cornard a target of 195. Mildenhall set up their total with an opening half-century partnership between James Taylor and Jordan Francis. Danny “Disco” Turner then joined Taylor and they added 102. Taylor fell seven run short of a century, while Turner was stumped for 30. Captain Andy Francis clubbed a quick fire 27 at the end.

Gt Cornard had set a good standard of fielding during the Mildenhall innings and in reply there was an outstanding performance in the field by Peter Webb. He snaffled four catches including a caught and bowled chance and then ran out the last Gt Cornard batsman to give Mildenhall victory. Webb was also the pick of the bowlers taking 3 for 26. Good supporting bowling came from Joe Turner, Van Overmeire, Ready and Taylor as each picked up wickets. Button (40) top scored for the visitors, however they were bowled out for 91.
