Match report Mildenhall 3rd X1 returned to winning ways in their home game against Nacton. The visitors made 172 for 9 with Warner top scoring with an unbeaten 46. Mildenhalls Ben Tippett had a fine afternoon the second change bowler claimed the wickets of first seven Nacton batsmen, before Vince Colby nipped in to grab a brace.

Mildenhalls reply was built around Mick Saunders with the opener making 54.His opening 55 run partnership with Lou Handy (11) set up the run chase. Captain Neil Clark (32) and Jack Loveday (34) kept the momentum going and with Ben Tippet making 20 the game looked safe. However Mildenhall had a late fright losing 3 wickets for just 8 runs before Martin Kindon struck a boundary to get the home side victory by 2 wickets.
