Match report
On Sunday it was de ja vu as once again Exning were the visitors playing against Mildenhalls Sunday 2ndX1. Once again it was Exning batsmen helping themselves to runs at the home teams expense. Simon Lawson opened and made 57, Simon Allen hit an unbeaten 72 in the visitors total of 197 for 6.for Mildenhall Steve Hunt bowled 10 steady overs as makeshift opening bowler and there was a fine spell of bowling from Jack Horn, the youngster sent down 10 overs taking 1 for 39. Junior Player Cameron Francis also had an opportunity to bowl 3 overs at some experienced batsmen, and performed well.
Having fielded first against Exning for the second time in the weekend, rain prevented Mildenhall from batting and the match was abandoned.
