Match report Woodbridge and OI’s came to Mildenhall and ran into the whirlwind that is Prince Saheed Akolade. For the second time this season the Mildenhall 2nd X1 Nigerian bowler took 7 wickets. He hit the stumps on five occasions and conceded only 25 runs. There was icing on the cake when Ed Parker (47) top scorer and the one real resistance in the Woodbridge team was brilliantly caught by a leaping catch in the deep by George Aabech Smith. The visitors were bowled out for 140. Lee Chipchase had been the support bowler with Akolade and took 2 wickets for 49.

Mildenhall made light work of achieving their target with James Taylor continuing to show early season form making 82. The towel was thrown in when Parker set a nine side on field that allowed Tom Allen to glide a boundary un challenged through the off side. The home side reached 141 for 4 in just 28.3 overs.
