Pre-season Dinner in aid of MCC Funds

Hall of Fame Meal – Sat 19th March 7.30pm - £25 per person

 

Starters

 

·         Curried Cauliflower soup with a cauliflower bhaji and coriander.

·         Smoked salmon with beetroot and vodka crème fraiche.

·         chicken liver parfait and crostini.

 

Mains

 

·         Mozzarella chicken with butter bean mash and crispy leeks.

·         Ultimate fish cake with twice cooked hand cut chips mint pea puree and tartar sauce.

·         Open lasagne with mushrooms, partisan sauce and pecan salt.

 

Desserts

 

·         Chocolate Mousse

·         Treacle Tart

·         Cheese & biscuits
