Momentum is gathering, which is just as well as the MCC Tour to Eastbourne kicks off in only 6 weeks time.

However before then and behind the scenes there is work to be done and deadlines to be hit.  So you may receive some emails about tour related topics so please give them your attention (if you are going or thinking of going, if not then obviously ignore them!).

By 5 August we need to give the hotel a list of room requirements and by 12 August we need to pay for the rooms in full.  You may wish to start paying some money over to Mark as and when you have some to save paying it all in one lump sum. 

From the "family room" perspective we can pretty much work out requirements, however if certain people want to share rooms then let Lou know so he can plan the room requirements accordingly and make sure everyone is suitably housed.

Chris will be following up on the tour t-shirts, again we will need to have these finalised by late July so that we can get them printed and sent back to us so please let Chris know your requirements (he can also tell you which numbers have already been taken).

Of course these deadlines do not mean you cannot go if you cannot meet them, it just means you may be shirtless, well MCC tour shirtless, and that once the mid-August payment deadline is passed it means that the rooms we reserved (we reserved 20 rooms and have takers for around 16 so far) go back on general sale as far as the hotel is concerned but that does not mean we cannot take any un-sold rooms if people decide they want to come along at the last minute.
